Tunisian Pine Nut Tea
Also known as Tea with Pine Nuts, Thé aux Pignons
A Tunisian way of serving Maghrebi mint tea: a few teaspoons of pine nuts go into each glass before the hot tea is poured. Served at weddings and family gatherings; almonds or roasted peanuts can stand in for the pine nuts.
