Russian Samovar Tea
Also known as Russian Tea, Zavarka
Russian tea is brewed in two steps: a strong concentrate, zavarka, is made in a small teapot, and everyone dilutes it with hot water to taste. Until the mid-20th century the water came from a samovar. Black tea is the traditional choice.
