Lu'an Gua Pian
Also known as Lu'an Melon Seed, Lu'an Leaf
Famous green tea from Lu'an in Anhui, named for its flat, oval leaves shaped like melon seeds. Unusually it uses the second leaf rather than the bud; the central vein is removed and the leaves are pan-fired. It was a tribute tea under the Qing dynasty.
