Also known as Yellow Mountain Fur Peak
One of China's most famous green teas, grown near Huangshan, the Yellow Mountain, in Anhui. Only the bud and the next leaf are picked, ideally in early spring before the Qingming festival; fine white hairs cover the leaves.
