Gunpowder
Also known as Gunpowder Tea, Zhu Cha, Pinhead Gunpowder
Tea whose leaves are each rolled into a small pellet, most often green tea. Rolling protects the leaves and helps them keep their aroma. Exported to the Maghreb, gunpowder is the base for North African mint tea.
