Baozhong
Also known as Pouchong, Wenshan Baozhong
A very lightly oxidised oolong with twisted leaves and a floral scent, close to green tea. The name means wrapped kind, after the paper the leaves were once dried in. Wenshan Baozhong from northern Taiwan is one of the island's best-known teas.
